Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Orders usually arrive within 5–8 business days. Occasionally a parcel takes longer, depending on the carrier and customs processing — we’ll always help you track it down if it does.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping within Australia.
- $5 AUD flat rate for all international orders.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. US orders under USD $800 are generally exempt from import duty.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@embuedstudio.com and we’ll sort it out.
